My approach to fears is much like my approach to habits. Fears really are bad habits of the mind where the brain made a connection between something and a feeling of fear or anxiety. Then, other events reinforced that feeling in connection with that trigger and your brain started to automate that feeling of fear when you are exposed to the trigger. So, that fear, is the brain just doing what it does well, automating so you no longer have to think about it.
I help you put up a roadblock to stop the worry in its tracks. Then, we work on rewiring the brain so that you have an emotional response of your choice to that trigger. With these tools and a bit of work to really establish those new neural pathways, your fear is gone and you are free.
